I still haven't tried 75 minute - I was at the brewpub a few weeks back and I was an hour late. They had just run out of it in cask. But yeah good for Sam - he really knows his beer and is willing to push the limits of stuff. He honestly has become almost a household name to anyone that drinks anything microbrew. I am a BIG, BIG fan of 120 minute when I can find it I usually pick up a few bottles (mostly to age), but they are delicious. If you want to try something outrageous which I haven't tried yet my friend made a Black & Tan with 120 minute and WWS and he said it really knocked you off your feet. I love their stuff but none of it is truly ever a session beer for me. 60 Minute may be their session-iest beer. The Festina Pechet they released over the summer was more of a malt beverage than a beer, but it was really delicious. But do you mean more basic as in a lager, basic ale, etc?
