Galaxy s4 charge's slow...

i just recently bought a galaxy s4 and noticed that the battery would take forever to charge up, but doesn't drain as fast unless i'm on the phone hardcore. any idea's to what is causing this problem or has anyone else had this problem?

can anyone help figure out what the problem is?

Let's start with defining "forever to charge up" - how long is it taking to get you from what % to what %?

Also, are you using the samsung charger? Or a third party? Same question about the microUSB cable - Samsung? or other?
(or are you using wireless charging?)

Yup, the Samsung (2 amp) charger and Samsung cable when used together are mighty snappy at charging an S4 - other charging setups, not so much.

well, i figured out that i was using a third party charger and now it's charging normally, thanks for the help though.
