Galaxy Tab 2 SE and NetflixSupport

    New Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 SE from Costco. Comes loaded with Netflix app. The app loads fine, but when you select a movie, you only get voice, no picture. Netflix tech support could not think of a reason or solution other than they don't support all phones. (I told her it was not a phone 5 times!) The app was preloaded so one would expect it to be supported.

    Anyone have a suggestion on how to get it to work?

    I cant answer why you're getting sound; no video. Since you just got it, factory reset it and see if that clears up the problem.

    Does Netflix use Flash?

    The tablet (as is) doesn't support Flash, you need to check out some of the threads in this forum on how to side-load it.

    There was an update for Netflix android app a few days ago. Perhaps that would solve the issue.

    Just wanted to post back my solution. The Tab evidently did not come with the most up to date operating system software. I did an update on the OS and Netlix worked fine. Did not have to update Netlix.
