I work with the #1 premium authorized VZW dealer in the country, and we were just notified that the Tabs are being recalled and sent back to VZW. No real reason as to why, but they said they would let us know later today why.

Maybe they are going to give everyone that 16gb of internal memory they stole from you when they chose not to include it. If they are recalling, it's definitely not a software issue... it's a hardware issue. But we shall see what becomes of this.

Strange, do they catch fire or something or did they forget to include the remote bricking software.

But besides the 2gb internal thats all you have. My T Mobile has 2gb for Rom internal and 16gb internal storage plus an sd card slot. VZW chose not to go with the 16gb internal and just included a 16gb external card.
