gallery private (gp) free app problem

hiya,
i had the g.p (free) app and stored tons of pictures and videos with it.
it deleted all my stuff so after reading the comments i had to uninstall then reinstall to get it all back.

but after i uninstalled, i cant seem to find the app anywhere.
is there any hidden folder that it uses that i can access to get my stuff back?

any help appreciated :}
