So after 4 transforms, 3 of which I had within the same 2 weeks, I managed to get sprint to push my $150 upgrade to me yesterday. I just used an upgrade in November 2010 to buy this transform and the fact that I had 4 is unacceptable. i had to go to a Sprint Auth retailer (booth in the mall) but they were actually calling sprint to see if they would let them give me the upgrade and they said no.
There was another phone on my account that had an upgrade and they let me use that
