Help Gear S strange wake up screen?

Hi All, I have a Gear S and enabled the Wake up gesture so when I raise my watch to my face it lights up and shows me the time; previously it would bring me to the Home Screen but after a recent firmware update it has a strange dimmed Clock and I have to push the home button to get to my home screen.

Any way to disable the screen saver clock and go to the Home Screen when I raise the watch to my face?

Do you use an aftermarket click face? If so you may have to go to settings and change the wake up screen from clock to last screen. How this helps.
