Running on 2.3.6
Rooted phone last night but I desperately want to do a backup and install the recovery software, but looking at the threads that describe the walk-thru, I haven't found the software to unlock it and get S-OFF that is designated for my model. Any suggestions how to get S-OFF so I can download 4EXT? The Universal HBoot software doesn't look like it would work my phone. Says to downgrade to 2.2 or earlier before I can do that. But obviously I want to do a backup first, but can't without getting S-OFF. Thanks in advance.
