Here is a wonderful tool I came across sometime ago that allows you to emulate other GPUs and CPUs in games as well as enhance or decrease graphics for better gameplay / performance.

As we know Grand Theft Auto Vice City has some major incompatibility issues with our handset due to our GPU Andreno 305 and lack of developer support.
Here is a simple fix with a little tool called GLTools for a price of $2.99
Instructions
1. Open up the app. DUH!!!
2. Find GTA Vice City and click it.
3. Click Enable custom settings for this app.
4. Under GPU NAME/EMULATION click "Use fake GPU info"
5. Click on "Use a template" and choose Andreno 320
6. Open up your game and enjoy. (The cutscenes are now working and the game no longer freezes upon entering a vehicle.)
NOTE: This app works for any game!!! You can even enjoy full graphic support for Dead Trigger as you would on a Tegra 3 or 4 device.
