I tried to simplify this issue as much as possible to post here... My company email address is email@example.com. My company Webmail automatically forwards all emails sent to that email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. So Gmail receives and stores all of my company email and I set it to Send As: email@example.com. So Gmail manages my company email and it works great! My Droid 2 Gmail App (using firstname.lastname@example.org account) is set to Send As: email@example.com. The PROBLEM is when I Reply All using the Gmail App, it sends a copy To: firstname.lastname@example.org since that is the email address which original sender sent the email to. Gmail on my PC when I Reply All does NOT send a copy of the email to email@example.com. Why doesn't the Android Gmail App know that firstname.lastname@example.org is my address (b/c that's my Send As address) and not reply to it like the Gmail on my PC? Device: Droid 2 Carrier: Verizon Country / Language: US OS / Browser / build number (if applicable): Android 2.2 & Gmail ver 2.3.
