If i have the official swype beta file, will that work on the incredible?

If you got the beta file through the "official" beta installer, then when you run the installer on the Inc it will download the correct version from swype and it works perfectly on the phone. If you got it from other sources, then it may not be sized correctly, but some of the links floating around in this thread have modified versions that work on the inc.

Swype works GREAT! Look forward to buying the finished and released version, since paying for a great effort and product is good

Just downloaded a couple different versions of swype and tried them both. They do work, however the auto space after each word doesn't seem to be working. The check mark is lit in the settings for it, but even if I uncheck it stills doesn't put in the space. Not a big deal, but is anyone else having this issue?

Not sure what you mean by this? Can you use voice to text with Swype?

Only if you install Handscent. There is no microphone icon in the default sms app with Swype installed....
