please note that :
- i am using honeycomb 3.2.1
- i tried to set the browser to desktop version (gmail)
- however gmail desktop version could not open properly on my stock browser. at is vry slow to open and when click reply or forward the whole look going nuts. all fonts are on top of each other and impposible to read.

ANY SUGGESTION PLEASE????

What device are you using, a phone or a tablet or a computer? My solution for this would be to edit on the computer where I could copy the table and paste it into either Word or Excel or some other spreadsheet, do my editing, and then copy and paste it back into another email. If you are using a phone or tablet you could use the same procedure with one of the Office apps for those devices.

I do not think you can literally edit text inside an email you receive.
