Go Keyboard dictionary issues?

Not sure if anyone uses this but just wondered if anyone can help with user dictionaries as when I long press a custom word it saves it and when I use it the word gets highlighted the next time I use it so it must be in the dictionary then after a while maybe an hour it seems to disappear from the dictionary.
