    I had to return my 1st one because the ear speaker was defective. My 2nd one worked great up until last week. I was charging it (phone was on) and went to take it off the charger and the back of the phone was hot and it had shut off. The phone wouldn't turn on so I popped the battery out, put it back in and it started. It's been kinda weird acting since. This morning I was charging it and it did the same thing so I gotta bring it back today. My 30 days are up on the 26th so hopefully I don't have any more problems. :(

    Returning a phone should reset your 30 days. I am not sure where you are getting your phone at but on this next one make sure that they do a complete refund and then just buy the phone again so that there is no confusion about resetting your 30 days.

    Hope this helps you and anyone else. This really is a great phone, just has some bugs that need working out.

    Amen to that, a lot of people seem to have to have their tech devices be perfect....
