Good news about our cameras!

    As of today (Nov. 17) our Droid's cameras autofocus correctly.

    There was an issue in some code dealing with the timestamp and the autofocus, that self-corrects itself every 24 days. So in 24 days from Nov. 17, our cameras will go back to the bad autofocusing, but there's a catch. In 24 days from now, it will be Dec. 11, and...     WTF is a self-correcting bug? Is that like a stupid programmer that got lucky?

    In a word yes. However some of these things can be very esoteric so you should be careful who you call stupid. I'm sure you've made mistakes as well!
