Here were my issues with my HTC incredible 1- after call ended the screen would remain black even after hitting the buttom on top of the phone. 2- Randomly losing my 3 G. It actually happened in the Verizon Store while I was showing the rep. 3- Landscape view would not work. 4- Couldn't set up my cox email. (cox nor verizon could get it done. This forum helped and now operating.) 5 -Battery life - go to settings and change this to aggressive on advanced app killer. It save several hours per day on my battery life. No matter what this is not going to be like a blackberry for battery life. This is a high powered phone which requires a lot of power. I talked to my buddy who has an iPhone and he says without fail he has to charge his everyday. The biggest issue was I couldn't end a call. I was within 30 days (exactly 30 days) and the switched it out. Got my new one last week. I've had no problems with it so far. All the issues above so far have not reared their ugly head. The lady at Verizon said I got a lemon. So far this thing is well....Incredible.
