When I get a tablet, I would like not to paid for apps twice.

    1. Can I tie my phone and tablet to the same Google account?
    2. Should I tie the same Google account to my phone and tablet?
    3. If my phone and tablet are tied to the same Google account and if I remove an app from the tablet, will it be removed from the phone? There will be apps I have on my phone that I don't want on my tablet.

You only need 1 Google acct. for both... purchsed apps will be available for download to either... searching for apps in market uses filter based on build.prop vars etc... so searches will differ if device specs are different (A8 running 2.2 vs. Arm11 running 2.1 w/ No phone...) If you already have an account just use that login when you first connect to Market with your new tablet and all purchased apps will show up as Purchased just eed to download the ones you want on the tablet first time... nothing gets removed from your phone...

If you are talking ZT-180 firmware then 1030 worked right off after burn for me... no need for ID or anything, just login to your existing account...
