I switched from my Nexus 4 to my MotoX and nearly everything is fantastic. The tiny deviations from vanilla are OK especially with 4.4.3 and the Google Camera on the play store, but what I miss is the Google Caller ID feature.

Anybody if I can get that back without rooting or even with Rooting?

It should work. Open the stock phone app, then menu, then settings. scroll down to additional settings, and it should be there ;)

The CallerID under Additional Settings is for outgoing calls. I think the OP is referring the feature on the Nexus 5 that on incoming calls displays a caller's name even if they're not in your contacts. I don't get this on my Moto X with 4.4.3.
