Does any one with a Sprint CDMA Hero have the new version of google maps with turn by turn navigation? If so, how or where do you get it. The google site says to look in the market, but when I search google maps does not come up. Or is navigation only for 1.6 and higher.

It is not available for 1.5. We'll have to wait for the upgrade, whenever that will be.

Yep, 1.6+ only. At least Sprint gives us free navigation software to tide us over until the 2.1 update! It works pretty well.
