Google Navigation Problem

I'm a happy Google Navigation user.. but I've not been able to find a way to make my Droid Incredible 2 remember that I always want to use Navigation. I've checked the box to remember this... probably a 100 times (basically every time I use it), but to no avail... still asks me: Google Navigation or Verizon Navigation?

Is there a way to manually set this program as the one to always use?

I'm stock if that matters -- 2.3.4
