Google Play Movies and TV - Can't find Personal Videos

I just recently updated my Google Play Movies and TV app (2.6.9) on my Note 10.1, and I can no longer find the "Personal Videos" tab. It's not on the overflow menu (which I found by mass amounts of googling) like some people have said.

When I uninstall updates on the app, the older version HAS the Personal Videos tab.

Any ideas?
