Google Play Music issues

(On a Samsung Intercept from Virgin Mobile)
I used to have Google Play Music app, and it worked fine. For other reasons, I had to do a factory reset. When I downloaded the Google Play Music app again, my music won't appear. Online, all of my music is there at music.google.com. The app is registered to my Google/Gmail account. I tried hitting Refresh in the app settings. Nothing happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still get get my music. What should I do?
