Google play store for the CnM 7 Touchpad?

Sorry if i have put this in the wrong place but could not see anywhere to put it.

My wife would like the CnM 7inch Touchpad but can not find out if it has the google store on it or not.

so does anyone know if it does or not?

it has Android 4 OS.

and u can always download the google play store if it does not have it fore some odd reason
