Google Playstore (Error 492)

Hi, need serious help with my tablet. It's a brand new one bought from China, but I have serious problem trying to download apps, typically the Google Playstore. Keep on encountering error msg like 'X could not be downloaded due to an error (492). Or sometimes even (923).

Anyone can help out? I haven't install anything funny.
