Help Google voice goes automatically to voicemail with my LG Intution (How do I change this feature?)

Hello everyone, my google voice number is apart of my google accounts and with my LG intution all of my calls are forwarded to my to google voice number without notification. I want to enable the feature to ring and provide me the option to answer the phone call. I also have two google numbers attached to my Verizon phone is this helps.
