After I got the 2.1 update, I'm missing the clock/weather widget that took up half my home screen. Can't find it in HTC/Android WIdgets

I know to get the weather part to work on the widget you have to go into settings>>location>>use wireless networks(switch it on).

Yeah, I see how to get the weather widget, but I can't find the large clock that had the smaller weather icon at the bottum middle. It's shown on most HTC Sense app screen shots.

It's actually one of the options for the CLOCK widget. Add the clock widget and you'll see several different options for presentation. Scroll until you find the one with the weather.

But be warned - while the widget works fine, my actual HTC weather app crashes when launched. Can't seem to fix it.

If you're not seeing the Clock Widget with the other HTC widgets you'll need to do a factory reset to get it back. It's a pain in the keester, but the only thing I could figure to get it back.

I tried rebooting, still no clock.
I looked in HTC widgets and there is no clock widget, and when I click download more, its not there either.

I looked in Android Widgets and all it has is analog clock which cant be changed, and desktop clock, which is just an icon.

I had the same problem. Just do a hard reset by pulling the battery out with the phone on. Give it a few seconds and restart you phone, then you should have all the htc widgets again.

You have probably checked this, but i missed it my first time. I was looking in the htc weather widget section, it is in the clock section of htc widgets.

Pulled the battery out, waited 10 seconds, rebooted, no luck... :(
