Help gprs help on galaxy 3

from 2 days i have been able to use docomo gprs i call customer care and told them i will change my network as soon as portability come and from that evening gprs reactivated using default settings
name: TATA DOCOMO INTERNET
APN: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET

speed not good though getting max 12-14kbps all day and only once at 3.00am i got 70kbps speed(most network must have been empty then).

I have TATA DOCOMO and have tried this Settings many a times. But still my GPRS is not working. What can be the issue in my galaxy 3?? Please help, Cutomer care is useless...

Initially I had problem with same, it did work after editing Access Point settings, port number was missing.

i have an airtel connection(Delhi) and i could use gprs out of the box, i just inserted the sim and it was working.

Although i did have a hard time to figure out how to disable the data connection as APNdroid on/off was not working.
i found out Quick Settings that does the same and was working.

I was using Quick Settings to disable mobile data, so that I could save my balance. Now even when i want to use GPRS, i cant. i try to enable mobile data from Quick Settings and it won't turn on. I've tried everything given above, nothing worked; including the Testing page.
I'm using Vodafone in India.
Please help.

am not getting continuous GPRS, whenever there is a drop in a network GPRS goes down but do not restart automaticaly whrn the network connectivity is there, I need to restart the phone everytime to activate GPRS, is there any solution for this issue.
