GPS woes

I installed the app from life360 that allows you to track other devices on your account and to show sex offenders via your GPS location. I uninstalled it because it ate up WAY too many resources. However when I uninstalled it, it caused my GPS to go all wonky(and yes i used wonky lol). Things such as the weather widget have to now be manually opened in order for it to update via GPS and my navigation now has issues establishing a GPS about half the time. Both of my checkboxes are checked under the Location area of the settings, and Im not sure what else to do from here. Just a note, that it was working just fine before i installed and uninstalled that app.

try downloading GPS Status from the market then hit menu>tools>manage a-gps state>reset then download

see if that works

Done, I will run with this for a couple of days and see if it takes care of my problem.
