Help GS5 Error message -unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped galaxy s5

I am on my 3rd replacement phone and I am still getting this error message.

unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped galaxy s5

I can not make it go away. Could it be associated with an app like Spotify or the sim card? That is the only common demoninator with the 3 phones
