Help GT I 9003 switching off automatically

"my samsung GT I-9003 turns off automatically, and when i switch it on, at times it does not switch on at all, and when it does switches on, the samsung logo gets displayed and again it switches off. I have got the software updated, and after such updation it works fine for a day or two and then again the same problem occurs. kindly help
