Anxious to test out Android 2.3 Gingerbread? Now you can! A couple of ROMs have been developed for the Incredible to give you the possibility of running GB!

I have put together an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide on how to get Gingerbread running on your Droid Incredible!

Nice write up, but you forgot to include flashing google apps, the link you have for google apps is just the new market. You need to flash the complete google apps, then flash the file you have linked.

And I know you are just trying to play it safe with all those wipes but they aren't necessary. The simple format data/cache is all that is necessary just before you flash the rom. Then you can immediately flash google apps. Then these next steps are not confirmed but have worked for most is to boot into the rom, set everything up, then boot into recovery and wipe the dalvik, then flash the newest market.
