Had to exchange Droid INC

    I had to exchange my Droid Incredible because the external speaker has blown out. It was within the 30 day manufacture warranty. They sent me a like new re-certified, or should I get a brand new phone?

    I had to do a factory reset the other day because it was not syncing with gmail. I was told if it happens again, I would get another new one.

    i sent back two inc's
    1. random rebooting
    2. mms problems would not download, would delete msg but would continue to fetch out on the network which would totally kill my battery.

    so im running back on my tour, wondering if i should get the X or wait a month for another inc

    Beware - if you request a brand new one, you'll be waiting as long as everyone else is for their first Inc. I think refurbs are coming more quickly, but I don't think they're shipping out same day like they normally would.

    FWIW - I think I'm waiting for the Inc instead of switching, but I made VZW extend my worry-free guarantee to 60 days to give me more time to decide.
