Which one are you using and why? I had chomp on my droid but figured I'd give handcent a try. I can't really decide which one I like more...

I'd love to use either if they would support Google Voice txt's :(. If I had to pick, I'd choose chompsms because I was the most familiar with it before switching to Google Voice.

I've had Chomp on an Eris and now on an Incredible and have had little to no trouble with it. Friends use handcent with similar result. Wouldn't deliberate too much on this one...just flip a coin.

I tried Handcent, then Chomp but didn't really spend that much time on it. I think one of the things I didn't care for was an extra confirmation I had to click on just to send mms. But like I said I didn't spend that much time on it and went back to Handcent. I'm sure it was just a setting or something. All things considered I have little to no problems with Handcent. I'm sure Chomp is the same way. As said in the previous post, flip a coin, you can't lose.
