Anyone know how to turn off the haptic feedback on the phone dialer? I'be turned it off everywhere else but can't seem to turn it off there.

As far as I know, there is no way to turn off the haptic feedback for the dialer app. For what it is worth, you do get used to it after a while. ;)

It was sort of strange that HTC and Sprint decided to make that a mandatory feature. I have no idea why they did.

    Thanks Don,
You've been really helpful and I really appreciate it. You were totally right about my wife's contacts too. Maybe someone will come up with an app that will over-ride Sprint's settings.

Woah! My bad! I'm so sorry LBPHeretic...
I'll try to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Ok, so I did a little research. I didn't find a haptic feedback app that works. However, I did find a dialer app, called "aDialer", which allows you to turn off the haptic feedback as long as you only use that dial pad.
    Boo-ya!
