I don't mean this as anything ugly but VZW upgraded me from the Eris to the Incredible for $99. I say anything ugly because I have seen others get jumped for saying goodbye and we all know that goodbye is hard to say...
Of course, this was after going through 4 Eris with myriad problems and issues. The funny thing is, the last one actually worked great but they sent it after taking my order for the Incredible.
