Help Have media but no voice calls through bluetooth.

My jabra BT8040 worked perfectly with my Evo for the last 3-4 months. Then the other day, I lost connection to phone and had to re-connect (even having to re-enter the pairing code). After this, Now I can hear media through the blue tooth, however, I can no longer make / receive voice calls through the bluetooth even though it says it's paired.

Tried a bunch of things (including re-pairing) and nothing seems to work. I'd hate to buy a new bluetooth and have the same problem.

any suggestions?

While connected go through the bluetooth settings in yout phone and ensure it is set to phone and audio..it may be only audio. I don't have a bluetooth connection to get you the actual menu steps but it is.thete..and only accessable while connected
