Help Have to hard reboot 3 times a day!!

This morning my phone had gone black during the night, so I did a hard reboot and brought it back. A few hours later it did the same thing again, so another hard reboot. Then a few hours after that it froze. Third hard reboot in one day.

How can I stop this from happening??

When this happened to me it was app related. Uninstall recently installed apps
