It's common for electronic devices to get warmer after user because the CPU/GPU radiates heat. However it comes down to how hot it gets. Does it get hot to the touch or what? I know a few iPhone batteries have exploded in Europe and it was an overheating problem. If it gets too hot, you definitely want to take it back and exchange it.
Its somewhat between hot and warm I guess, but it's not really a problem, just a bit awkward. If it gets too serious, I can just use the insurance I bought today to get a new one ;D
Mine was heating up quite a bit (and it shutdown on my like 9 times in under an hour). I took it back to Vzw, and they gave me a new battery for it. Hasn't been warm since.
