registered because i am in need of your assistance. asking for your help is the best way of dealing my problem, and i can not handle this on my own. the problem started when i installed the ES file explorer on my Galaxy y duos. enable the necessary configurations, followed all the instructions given on the site. i restarted my phone but it wont completely turn on, tried everything i know but it just wont work ( can you please help me ><

Can you get into your recovery? Have you tried a factory reset?
