Help Hello AF = Push Email?

Hi,

This is my first Android phone after being with the iPhone for so long and have enjoyed it since yesterday. I purchased the Samsung Infuse 4G.

Is it possible to set up push email? Checked everywhere but couldn't find the option to. Maybe it's not supported on my Android device yet?
