All the other fastboot flash commands work ok though? Have you checked your laf partition to make sure it's the expected size?

all fastboot command were stuck, it started with sending file ok and then nothing like its wating i left it like that for 2 hours and nothing .
when i poushd the power for 1 min its came back to download mode.
but stil stuck at the same process laf gpt......
