Thought i would say hello to the new crew. I am a very new user to this whole android thing so please be gentle. Just ordered two my touches. One for me and the wife.

I have been a avid user of the blackberries dating back to the 7100t. This will be new to me. My current phone is the curve and well have to say LOVE IT! just old.

My wife has used the moto sidekick for some time now and well hates it.

I hope that the mytouches that we should be receiving today (wife will get today, ill get mine tomorrow cuz of work) does what they say.

I also hope that this forum can hlep out with any questions that I may have. I know so far i have been impressed with its ease of use.

I look forward to a new relationship. LOL

Glad to be here. Been looking around on my blackberry when im at work and there are a lot of things that sound cool and lot of great tips. One thing i keep seeing is all the talk about rooting. A bit scared however not too scared to take the plunge since i have modded the BB about 5 times now including adding and removing hard files. My biggest question is what is the point of doing it other then having the greatest updates?
