hello recently my huawei m835 shut off without warning and will not boot.I have insurance but have bad experiences with this phone and wanted to know if i payed the difference between the prices of the m835 and the samsung admire would i be able to get the samsung admire? any help is MUCH appreciated thanks

You would have to check with the corporate store where you make the insurance claim at. Did you return the phone already
If so-what was the result?
