my phone always freezez and shuts off on its own is there anyway to fix it? please help

Sadly, this phone does that straight out of the box. Lots of users have had that happen, a fix is as easy as rooting the phone. This thread will show you how, and give you the files to download as well. Also a custom rom will help things a whole lot.

Lilbit is right - once I used that root, the problems all stopped. Good thing too-I was gonna give my phone to Slenderman

I alleviated a lot of problems by un-rooting this (was a gift – rooted). That was also the only way I could update the phone. The only problem I have now is when I make a call (even voice mail) the screen locks; I can’t enter numbers or even hang up the call – I have to pull the battery! I don’t want to root; I don’t need apps; I just would like to make / receive calls, email, and sms/mms. Any ideas on a fix for the screen freezing during calls?

I used the zte update tool to un-root the phone about two weeks ago. I’ll check and see if there’s a new update since then, thanks

This is my first post I flashed the wrong rom and now I'm stuck in airplane mode doesn't recognize network type based band meid ect can any one help

Where do u get the zte update tool. My phone is messed up. Shut on and off. Wont play games did all of the stuff on phone warenty over with. Helppppp

Unfortunately, the update tool has discontinued to work for the Warp since the phone itself isn't being supported by them anymore.

What happened to your Warp that caused it to stop functioning? We may be able to help.
