Help HELP. HTC ONE M8 wont update

Hey guys I need Help
I bought a new HTC M8x
Out of the box I tried to uddate it to lollipop but it says that my phone isnt running on the original version of HTCs software.
What shall I do?
I already rooted my phone and contacted HTC before that they just told me I should wipe cache but that didnt work

I heard that you couldn't update while rooted.

Yup I tried to flash two updates already on recovery but non worked
