Root Help Im Really Confused VZD

Ok i got an lg ally for my gf i rooted it and over clocked it and what ever else so question with me not knowing any news on this phone...did 2.2 just come out for it like a couple days ago

and would is the new update good and or good enough to unroot and then update it obv she dont know nothin about rooting or removing bloatware but she know that my EVO is fast and doesnt want a slow phone

i cant go over 729 megahertz as of right now with the phone with out it shutting down

just wait our devs will relaese a rom that you can flash and have everything if you take the ota you may possibly lose root forever. plus once we get the stock 2.2 rom other custom ones wont be far behind
