Help Help Imap Email settings

Just got the wife another Samsung "Y" setting up for IMAP on outlook express, she can receive emails but can't send any, It's an old system that is linked the her office desktop and laptop!!

smtp SET AT 143
outgoing SET AT 110

Been ages trying so many but need help please

Outgoing is SMTP, not IMAP. (IMAP is incoming. If you have an email app that has different SMTP and 'outgoing' ports, uninstall it.) Try port 587 for SMTP.

BTW, a company Outlook server probably has its own address, not Tiscali. (Ask the email administrator - or have her ask - for the address and port number, and how she has to log in for SMTP. Or have her give the admin her phone - most of them - if they allow you to use your phone for email - will set it up for you, just to make sure that it's set up properly.)
