Help help mastery reset gone wrong

My attempt was to do a factory reset and get to the home page ive down factory reset before and had no problems this one i did I went to the setting and to privacy and factory rest this phone and not I'm stuck with the lg logo and a android guy with a exclamation mark in a triangle. And it's bouncing back and Forth to the android guy with the exclam. To the lg logo. Until I press home button a bunch of times I finally get the reboot menu thing and this is what it shows on my phone...I try to wipe cache partition and Factory reset already, reboot system now too and still same thing what does the sdcard info down there means? Help any solution.




reboot system now
apply update from Sdcard
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
