help me find the right android smartphone

I plan on upgrading from my hero and I am looking for a smartphone that will allow me the following capabilitys.

I want to be able to have it double as a netbook really at home.

It has to be able to connect to my lcd monitor and have full access to the phones OS without being limited to video playback.

Link a blue tooth keyboard and mouse.

I know there is the atrix coming out soon but I live in canada and will not likely be able to get it for another year or two up here.

So which smartphones will fit the bill for me?

I have considered the archos android tablet 43 as an option as well instead of a smartphone although I would rather use a smartphone.

Wait, what? You want it to plug into your monitor then use a mouse and keyboard on it? Impossible, I'm afraid.

Well after digging around the web I found one phone that might work. I am wondering if there is any other phones capable of doing this type of feature.

this new one coming out in march I would love to buy but it probably wont be available in canada for sometime yet.
