Help help minor problem with notification sound

hi,

can someone help me, i bought a milestone 3 weeks ago, since i bought it, it has this squeak sound when the screen locks, every time the screen locks automatic or when i press the lock button above it creates a sound, but yesterday after i used task manager cleaner i kill all the running apps because its a bit laggy, then the squeak sound is gone? i dont know how to enable it. can someone help me? does anyone here experience this too?

Restart the phone and not use Task Manager anymore.
